INSTALLATION

THE BURNER MUST BE INSTALLED IN CONFORMITY WITH
LEGISLATION AND LOCAL STANDARDS.
3.1

HEAT GENERATOR PLATE

Make holes in the plate shutting off the combustion chamber as
illustrated in fig. 2. The position of the threaded holes may be
marked using the gasket joint supplied with the burner.
3.2

HEAT GENERATOR FIXING,

Fasten the burner (1) to the heat generator's door (2) by means of
the four screws and (where necessary) the nuts supplied, placing
the gasket joint (3) between the two.
3.3 PROBE AND IGNITER POSITIONING,
Before installing the burner on the heat generator, make sure the probe and igniter are positioned correctly
as in figure 4.
Do not turn the igniter: position it as illustrated. Check that the open side of the igniter is in the front of the
combustion head.

POSITIONING THE DIAPHRAGM,

The burner is supplied to operate with methane gas (G20)
A diaphragm (4), supplied with the kit, allows burners to operate on LPG
(G31) if fitted to the gas valve (1). The diaphragm must be installed in
compliance with local laws and regulations.
To carry out the modification:
cut off the electrical supply;
close the fuel interception tap;
disassemble the gas valve (1) from the Venturi unit (2) by removing the
screws (3);
house the diaphragm (4) supplied with the kit in the gasket (5);
reassemble the gas valve and carry out all the adjustment opera-
tions described above.
