8.5 Sealing Wire and Teflon Band Change

Pull out the main power plug before starting work!

Separate the protruding end so that
there is no contact with the housing of the vacuum tray


Pull up the sealing pad away from the sealing


Remove the Teflon strip.

Remove the remains of the sticker using an
appropriate cleaning agent.

Loosen the screws located in the front part of
the sealing bar.

Replace the sealing wire.
Screw tight the new sealing wire on one

side.
Thread the other end in.

Using a pair of pliers stretch the sealing
-
wire and screw the end tight.

Replace the Teflon strip.

Fit the sealing pad back into the device.
