3.14 KEY SWITCH

This switch (Fig. 21) controls the ignition circuit the handlebar
lock, the seat opening mechanism / the helmet compartment
and glove compartment.
a)
ignition disabled (the key can be removed).

'ready to start' position (the key cannot be removed).

handlebar lock activated (ignition is disabled. The

helmet compartment opening position (§3.7)

glove compartment opening position (§3.9)

The vehicle is supplied with two keys
If you lose one of the keys, ask an Authorised MALAGUTI

Service Centre for a replacement (spare key). If you lose
both keys, you will have to replace the entire key block

and 'Immobilizer' system.
3.15 HANDLEBAR LOCK
Locking
turn the handlebar all the way to the right or left, push the key in
and turn it counter-clockwise (fig. 22).
Disengaging
Turn the key clockwise.
