If the red LED in the battery display is blinking, the error can be determined using the blink code:

Driving is not The charge status of the batteries is low. Charge the bat-

The charge status of the batteries is too high. Pull out
possible the charging unit connection if it is connected or rotate
the "Charge/Run" switch into the "Run" position. Scoo-
ters which are operated with RHINO charge batteries
while the scooter rolls down an inclined surface or dece-
lerates. This error can be caused by excessive charging
in this manner. Switch the scooter off and then back on.
