INSTALLATION
Installation, maintenance and repair of machines
may only be performed by qualified personnel.
The machine should be installed on a surface at
least 1.2 m high.
The surface upon which the machine is placed
must be properly level, dry and stable.
Machines come with height-adjustable feet.
This machine is not suitable for installation in areas
where water jets are used, nor outdoors.
This machine is suitable for installation in places
where its use and maintenance is undertaken by
qualified personnel only.
To ensure proper use, the machine must be
installed in places where the surrounding
temperature is between +5ºC/+32ºC and where
humidity does not exceed 70%.

A free space should be left around the machine for
maintenance work and for the coffee grinder.
To prevent the water in the machine from
freezing, do not instal in areas where the ambient
temperature is 0°C or lower.
Should it freeze, do not use the machine and
contact the manufacturer.
The machine should be connected to a cold
drinking water supply only, in accordance with
current legislation.
The water pressure should be between 0.1
and 0.6 MPa. If this is not the case, contact the
manufacturer.
A stopcock should be installed between the water
supply and the machine inlet hose to shut off the
water when necessary.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The machine comes ready for connection in
accordance with the required specifications.
The machine is supplied with a plugless power
cord, as it is designed to be connected directly to
the mains, and has no general switch protection.

Before connecting the machine, make sure that
the data on the machine nameplate correspond to
the characteristics of the power supply.
If the power cord is damaged, to ensure safety it
should be replaced by the manufacturer, after-
sales service or similar qualified personnel only.
The power cord must be connected to the pre-
assigned connection in accordance with the
current regulations.
There must be a means of disconnecting the
machine from the electricity supply in accordance
with regulations on installation.

The machine must be connected to a
duly installed earth connection.
A 5-conductor cable (3 3-phase+neutral+earth)
must be used for the three-phase connection.
A 3-conductor cable (phase+neutral+earth) must
be used for the single-phase connection.
WATER CONNECTION
First, connect one end of the drainage tube
supplied with the machine to the chamber
beneath the machine's drainage tray.
Fit the other end to the previously installed general
drainage outlet.
