• Set the minutes by pressing the "MIN" button. You can set the seconds
by pressing the "SEC" button.
• Switch the timer on by pressing the "ST RT/STOP" button. fter the set
time has passed, an acoustic signal sounds. The alarm signal can be
turned off by pressing any button.
• You can switch the stopwatch on by pressing the "ST RT/STOP" button.
The stopwatch can be stopped by pressing this button again.
• To reset the display to "0:00", press the "CLE R" button.
Illuminated display
The thermometer is equipped with an illuminated display. The display lights
up with each procedure. To switch on the illumination manually, press the
"LIGHT" switch above the logo.
Error notification
If the cable is not properly connected to the base, an acoustic signal sounds,
the indicator lamp blinks, and an error notification appears in the display.
TIP: Because the meat heats more slowly than any bone, cartilage, or fat,
ensure that the temperature is not measured too close to bone, cartilage, or
fat. When cooking unstuffed poultry, it is important that the measuring rod
does not protrude into the body cavity. Both situations will result in faulty
readings.
Caution: Clean the metal point before and after each use! Never place the
device in a hot oven, as it is not heat resistant!

• Portable receiver with attachment clip on the back;
• Range of the radio transmission: up to approx. 30 m from the base station

Do not throw used batteries into household waste. Take them to appropriate
disposal sites or collection points.
Electric devices or batteries should not be mixed with general household
waste. Please use designated collection point for disposal.
