13. A periodical cleaning, improve the efficiency of the
appliance. To remove the debris on the bottom, extract the
collection tray, empty it and wash it with water or detergent
and dry it. For cleaning the grid, use a brush.
14. When you replace the lamp, make sure that the cable is
disconnected.
1. Remove the packing material and check that the appliance is intact. In case of doubt do not use it and contact
our After-sale service. Do not leave packaging material like plastic bags, foam polystyrene and staples
within reach of children. Before connecting the appliance to the power socket, check that the electrical
voltage and the frequency of the circuit corresponds to those marked on the product's rating label.
2. The appliance must be connected to a circuit approved accordingly the civil plants regulation. The plant has
to be related to the nominal power of the appliance and has to be provided with a ground-wire.
3. Use the appliance only for mentioned purpose, namely as appliance for domestic use. Any other use must be
consider improper and therefore dangerous.
4. The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for damages derived from misuse of this appliance, do not
assuming any responsibility in case of incorrect use that will decline any warranty.

ZAP attract the insects, thanks to special actinic lamps, destroying them with the electric discharge produced by
their contact with the electrified grid. The collection tray make easy the cleaning.
Make sure that the mains supply voltage corresponds to that of the appliance.
Put down the appliance on your favourite place, but make sure to not place it in proximity to inflammable or
explosives materials. Some models are predisposed for hanging.
Connect the cable to the power supply net.
Pull the switch and make it working for the time that you need.

Replacement of lamps for models EIN-12, EIN-16, EIN-20, EIN-30, EIN-40: make sure that the cable is
disconnected. Screw out the back protective grid. Rotate the lamp of 90 degree, and then take out the lamp from
the nether. Set lamp into the trough along with side of the above lamp holder, then push it in the below lamp
holder and rotate of 90 degree. Put the protective grid and screw.
To get the best performance out of ZAP, it is wise to position it at a height of between 1 and 2,5 meters
avoiding excessively ventilated areas.
