For maintenance, use only specified
spare parts. The manufacturer will not
be held responsible for any accident occurring
following a repair done other than by its After
Sales Service or approved repairers.
8.1 REPLACING THE BATTERY
Never open the multitester before discon-
necting it from all sources of electricity.
Undo the two tool-release screws and open the
case.
Replace the two batteries, in accordance with the
polarity shown inside the battery clips.
8.2 CLEANING
Clean the case with a cloth slightly moistened
with soapy water. Wipe off with a damp cloth. Then
dry quickly with a cloth or in a hot air flow.
8.3 STORAGE
If the tester is not used for more than 60 days,
remove the battery and store it separately.

To slide your multitester
into your pocket, or bet-
ter, into case n° 10, com-
plete with clip for the
waist belt :
clip the removable
prod on to the back
of the instrument.
wind round the lead
and slide in the prod
as shown on the
diagram.
