1. Plan the wished time with the bottoms "+" and "-"
2. Push the bottom "S" (Start). On display you will see the decreasing time. When the operation is finished, it will remain planed.
Working with memorized times.
The machine is supplied with 10 planed times of mixing:
Estimated time for 2 doses:
Memory 0 = sec. 6 —► IQC Palladium / Contour
Memory 1 = sec. 6 —► IQC Valiant / Dispersalloy
Memory 2 = sec. 10 —► Axia Glass / Amalcap
Memory 3 = sec. 10 —► Axia Base
Memory 4 = sec. 10 —► Axia Silver Memory
Memory 5 = sec. 5 —► Tytin
Memory 6 = sec. 7 —► Duralloy / Ana2000 / Permite C
Memory 7 = sec. 8 —► Astralloy PD/45

1. Push the button "M". It will switch on the yellow light which indicates you are working with memories and it will show a number
with one figure which indicates the number of memory.
2. Push the bottom "M" another time. Il will show a number with two figures (only for two seconds) which is relative to mixing time
corresponding to previous memory.
3. Go on pushing the same bottom "M". It will show in succession the next number of memory with the relative time of mixing.
4. When you have selected the tight time of mixing, push the bottom "S" to make operation. During the mixing, you can see
decreasing time. At the end of cycle, display will show the number of memory you used.
If the safety cover is opened during the mixing process, the circuit is broken and the motor stops automatically. The mixing process
might be finished by opening the safety cover or by pressing the button "S" again. When you turn off the main switch, the
amalgamator remains planed on the last operation it executed. TAC 400/M fits capsules between 30 and 36 mm of length and with
14/18 mm of diameter.
Switch off the apparatus by disconnecting the mains cord. Clean housing, keypad and safety cover with a soft cloth and customary
aldehyde-free disinfecting solution. Do not clean with highly aggressive disinfecting solutions (e.g. solutions based on orange oil or
with an ethanol content of more than 50%), solvents (e.g. acetone), or pointed instruments, which may damage or scratch the plastic.
Make sure that no disinfectant, other liquid or foreign object enters the apparatus.
Your device is protected by one fuse. The replacement procedure is as follows:
•
Switch off the unit and disconnect it from the main power supply .
•
Insert a screwdriver in the slot of the fuse holder and open the flap.
•
Remove the fuse
•
Replace the fuse with one of the same type and value (1x T2.0A 250V).
•
Close the flap.
Note: All the information necessary for the repair of faulty components is made available by the manufacturer to the technical
personnel of the ATS DENTAL approved dealer network who carry out the work.
1. Loud noise heard when trituration begins: remove transit screw.
2. Capsules are not secure: if the arms have become stretched, replace forks. (Contact an authorized service personnel for
replacement/installation)
3. Electrical or mechanical malfunction: Call your authorized service personnel.
ATS DENTAL., the Manufacturer, extends a 2 years warranty against defects in materials or workmanship to the original purchaser of
this product. The Manufacturer agrees to correct any defects which develop within the warranty period, either by repair or
replacement, at its option. This warranty is valid providing factory inspection indicates that any such defect developed during normal
and proper use subject to the conditions below.
Please fill out the warranty card (Pag.23) and send promptly back to ATS DENTAL with proof of purchase.
Claims for damage in shipment should be filed promptly with the transportation company.
All shipments claimed defective can only be returned to the Manufacturer with the written consent of the Manufacturer.
All returned products must be accompanied by a full description of discrepancy or malfunction.
Only ATS DENTAL srl authorized service personnel are allowed to carry out repairs to the unit.
The Manufacturer shall be released from all obligations under this warranty if repairs or modifications are made by persons
other than the Manufacturer's own or authorized service personnel.
Use only ATS DENTAL parts exclusively to replace defective components.
