If a user key was lost, all user keys must be cleared at the affected door terminals:

Then locking authorisation must be allocated to all of the required user keys again
(see chapter "7. Allocating locking authorisations").
An authorised user key is needed to open the access point.

BLE= Bluetooth Low Energy
Products that are equipped with BLE can also be operated via smartphone (Android/
IOS) with a suitable app. In case of questions concerning smartphone applications
please contact Häfele.
WARNING
Risk of fatality due to lack of emergency opening facility
If the product is installed without an emergency opening facility, it may not
be possible to open the access point from the outside in the event of fault.
If emergencies occur during the malfunction, rescue measures would be
hampered.
> The operator must ensure that the access point to which this product
is fitted has an emergency opening facility in the event of faults.
> Häfele is not liable for damage that is attributable to failure to install
an emergency opening facility.
If an attempt is made to open a door with a user key
Acoustic signal is heard twice.
LEDs do not change from red to
green.
When the electronics are activated (by presenting a key)
