4. Use the pedal to make the locking flange rotate and
in the mean time insert and lower the rim, pressing
on the on the cover bead in order to allow the upper
part of the rim to get into the tire.
5. While operating the tool movement control, rotate
the tool so that the disk faces the side of the tire
that has to be mounted and, by means of the same
control, lock the operating arm.
6. Press with the bead breaking disk the side of the tire
towards the rim drop centre and operate the pedal
to rotate without any interruptions the locking flange
until complete insertion of the tire on the rim.
7. If this is not possible, block the heeled tyre part
using the pliers supplied (1) and then by activating
the working arm shifting control, use the bead brea-
king disk to press the side of the tyre towards the
rim centre and, use the pedal to turn the tightening
flange without interruption until the tyre is complete-
ly inserted onto the rim.

To mount particularly hard tubeless and supersingle
tires follow the instructions given for agricultural
wheels.
!
WARNING! It is absolutely forbidden to carry out tire
inflation operations if the wheel is still mounted on
the machine!
!
WARNING! Very heavy wheels have to be moved by
at least two persons!
Mounting of agricultural wheels
1. Lubricate with mounting paste both tire beads, the
shoulder and the drop centre of the rim.
2. Operating the working arm movement control, re-
lease the working arm.
3. Bring the cover on the platform (lean it).
4. Put the tire on the rim, mount the special clamp (1)
on the front edge of the rim.
5. Operate the pedal to rotate the locking flange until
the clamp has locked the tire, lift the wheel and
bring the clamp at 12 hour.
6. While operating the tool movement control, rotate
the tool so that the disk faces the side of the tire
that has to be mounted and, by means of the same
control, lock the operating arm.
7. By activating the working arm shifting control, use
the bead breaking disk to press the tyre heel to-
wards the rim centre and, use the pedal, turn the
tightening flange until the rear heel has been moun-
ted completely..

8. Remove the clamp.
