OPERATING FUNCTIONS

3.1 Mode and function of buttons
The layout of the figures is purely indicative and can undergo variations.
"ON/OFF" button: turn on, turn off and/or exit a
function.
"CONVECTION" button: "Convection" cooking
mode.
"VENTILATION" button: "Ventilation" function mode.
"VENT" button: valve open (LED on), valve closed
(LED off).
"TEMPERATURE" button: cooking temperature.
"TIME" button: cooking time.
"MINUS" and "PLUS" keys: to reduce or increase
the selected parameter.
3.2 Description of the operating modes
•
"OFF" mode: clock display (Fig. 1 Display 2).
•
"STAND BY" mode: oven name and clock display (Fig. 1 Displays 1 and 2).
•
"MAIN MENU" mode: "CONVECTION" function active (Fig.1/B), temperature 180°C (Fig.1 Display 1)
and time 0:00 (Fig.1 Display 2).
The instructions in this manual are for the oven in "STAND BY" and with the parameters set
by the manufacturer, where not otherwise indicated.
LED on / FUNCTION Selected - LED off / FUNCTION Deselected.
Two functions cannot be selected at the same time (triple beep signalling an error)
In "STAND BY" mode, after 15 minutes of inactivity the oven will go into "OFF" mode.
In "function selection" or "parameter selection" mode, after 5 seconds of inactivity the oven memorizes the
function or value displayed (Fig.1 Display 1-2).
When using the appliance in MANUAL mode, the operator must set all of the desired parameters each time
(see 5-6. Operating parameters - Cooking).
At the end of the set time, the word "END" flashes on the screen (Fig. 1 Display 1-2).
Press the "ON/OFF" button (Fig 1/A) twice to return to "STAND BY mode.
