∙ Always remove the plug from the wall
socket
- after use,
- in case of any malfunction, and
- before cleaning the appliance.
∙ When removing the plug from the wall
socket, never pull on the power cord;
always grip the plug itself.
∙ Do not use metal kitchen utensils
when adding or removing food, so as
to avoid scratching the surface.
∙ Do not use the appliance unless the
power cord has been fully extended
from its storage compartment.

damage results from improper use, or if
these instructions are not complied with.
Intended use
∙ This appliance must only be used for
cooking food. Any other use must be
considered improper and may lead to
personal injuries or material damage.
∙ Unlike conventional deep-fryers, this
appliance is not intended to be used
with oil or fat.
Before using for the first time
∙ Before using the appliance for the first
time, remove any remaining packaging
materials and stickers.
∙ Heat the appliance for 15 minutes to
200°C without any food. This will lessen
the inherent smell of the appliance.
∙ Ensure adequate ventilation by opening
windows or balcony doors.
∙ Clean the appliance afterwards as
described in Cleaning and care.
Deep-frying
1.
For information on cooking times and
temperatures, refer to the table Air-
frying recommendations below. These
data are recommendations only and
may vary depending on the nature of
the food and personal taste.

Always place the unit on a dry, level,
non-slip and heat-resistant surface
impervious to contact with the rubber
feet.
3.
Prepare the food to be air-fried.
4.
Pull the power cord to its full length
from its storage compartment and
connect the unit to the mains.
5.
Put the food into the frying basket with
the holder fitted. Make sure you do not
exceed the ‚MAX' marking.
6.
Install the basket holder in the
appliance. The appliance can only
be operated with the holder properly
fitted.
7.
Set the desired temperature.
8.
Set the desired cooking time. The
indicator lamp comes on and the food
is now being cooked.
9.
A beep indicates that the pre-set
processing time has elapsed.
10. Use the handle to remove the basket
holder from the fryer.
11. Press the release on the basket
handle and take out the basket.
12. Transfer the cooked food into a heat-
resistant container.
13. Allow the basket holder and basket
sufficient time to cool down.
14. Remove the plug from the wall socket.
15. Clean the basket holder and basket as
described under Cleaning and care.
