Nameplates/Guarantee

Nameplates
The nameplate is located on either the cross-tube
assembly or the transverse frame tube, as well as
on the back page of the user's manual. The name-
plate indicates the exact model designation and
other technical specifications. Please provide the
following information whenever you have to order
replacement parts or to file a claim:
• Serial number
• Order number
• Month/Year
Guarantee
You have purchased a high-quality SUNRISE
MEDICAL product. As a sign of our gratitude, we
are providing you with 5-year guarantee on all frame
components and the cross-tube assembly. We are
not responsible for any damage resulting from in-
appropriate or unprofessional installation and/or
repairs, through neglect and wear, or from changes
in any wheelchair components caused either by the
user or by third parties. In such cases, this guaran-
tee shall be considered null and void.
Custom wheelchairs cannot be exchanged.
