Wheel Assembly:
1 . Install the wheels to the frame using the provided hex
screws and washers . Install one washer on the inside
and one washer on the outside of each wheel .
Tighten to 9-13 ft . lbs . (12-18 Nm) torque using a
14mm wrench . (Fig . 4)

Cutting Head Assembly:
1 . Install the tube end of the cutting head assembly
into the engine clutch housing . It may be necessary
to rotate the trimmer head slightly to align the shafts .
Rotate the installed tube so the index screw opening
in the housing matches the hole in the cutting head
tube . Install the socket head screw (M6 x 12) with the
provided hex wrench . Tighten securely . (Fig . 5)
2 . Set the unit on a flat hard surface . The trimmer head
should be offset to the right side and the bowl should
sit flat and level to the surface . Tighten the clamp
screw (M6 x 25) securely . Try to rotate the tube within
the housing . If you can rotate the tube, tighten the
clamp screw additionally . Repeat if necessary .

Debris Guard:
1 . Insert the tab on the metal mounting bracket into the
slot on the debris guard . (Fig . 7-8)
2 . Install the hex head cap screw through the bracket
and into the metal insert of the debris guard .
Tighten securely using a 10 mm wrench . (Fig . 9-10)
CAUTION
The trimmer line knife attached to the debris guard is
sharp and can cut you . Handle with care .
