Danger due to prohibited operation!
Persons who perform prohibited operations with the wood splitter
may injure themselves.
›
Always switch the wood splitter off if you are leaving the
immediate vicinity.
›
Never leave the wood splitter unattended.
Danger with continuous operation!
If the wood splitter is operated continuously, high temperatures may
arise at the motor in the collection head.
›
Observe the specified ambient conditions (see "The activities
marked with an asterisk shall only be performed by the specialist
dealer." on page 63).
›
Ensure there is sufficient ventilation.
›
Switch on the wood splitter.
›
Place the wood on the splitting table for splitting and press both
actuation arms inwards.
This secures the wood in place.
To start the splitting process:
›
Press both actuation arms downwards at the same time to start
the splitting column moving. Keep pressing both actuation arms
throughout the entire splitting process.
To halt the splitting process:
›
Release one actuation arm and keep pressing the other one.
The splitting column comes to a stop in its current position.
To abort or terminate the splitting process:
›
Release both actuation arms.
The splitting column drives back to its starting position.
