f The car child seat has been designed, tested
and approved according to the requirements
of the European standard for child restraint
equipment (ECE* R 44/04). The test symbol E
(in a circle) and the approval number are on the
approval label (sticker on the car child seat).
f The Porsche Junior Plus Seat ISOFIT and the
Porsche Junior Plus Seat are tested and
approved as a combination of seat cushion
and backrest.
Caution! Neither of the two parts may be used
in combination with other seat cushions or
backrests.
f The approval will be rendered null and void as
soon as you modify anything on the car child
seat. Only the manufacturer may make modifi-
cations.
f The Porsche Junior Plus Seat ISOFIT or the
Porsche Junior Plus Seat must be used exclu-
sively to secure your child in the vehicle. It is

2. Use in the Vehicle

Danger!
If your child is secured in the car child seat
using only a two point seat belt, he or she can
be severely injured or even killed in an
accident.
f Never use in combination with a two point seat
belt.

restraint systems in your Driver's Manual.

2.1 Porsche Junior Plus Seat ISOFIT

The Porsche Junior Plus Seat ISOFIT is
approved for two different types of installa-
tion:
A) with ISOFIT locking arms at the
ISOFIX fastening points in the
vehicle (semi-universal)
The additional fastening with the ISOFIX locking
arms is semi-universally approved. The car child
seat may be used only in vehicles that are listed in
the enclosed vehicle type list. The type list is
updated on an ongoing basis.
B) with three point seat belt of the
vehicle (universal)

2.2 Porsche Junior Plus Seat

The Porsche Junior Plus Seat is
approved for installation with the
three point seat belt of the vehicle
(universal).
