Troubleshooting

WARNING: Before troubleshooting, switch off the power supply. Only a qualified electrician
or competent person should perform troubleshooting not described in this manual.
NOTE: Noise may occur during normal use (compressor, refrigerant circulation).
NOTE: The LED bulbs are not replaceable by the user. In case of malfunction, please
contact customer service.
Problems
The appliance does
not work.
The food is too hot.
The appliance cools
too much.
Unusual noises
Potential causes
The mains plug is not plugged in
or is not inserted correctly.
The fuse has blown or is
defective.
The mains outlet is defective.
The temperature is not adjusted
properly.
The door was left open for an
extended period of time.
A large amount of hot food has
been placed in the appliance in
the last 24 hours.
The unit is located near a heat
source.
The temperature setting
is too cold.
The appliance is not level.
The appliance is touching the
wall or other objects.
A component, e.g. a pipe at the
back of the appliance, comes
into contact with another part of
the appliance or the wall.
Solutions
Insert the mains plug correctly.
Check the fuse and replace it if
necessary.
Mains malfunctions must be
corrected by an electrician.
Please refer to the initial chapter
on setting the temperature.
Do not leave the door open
longer than necessary.
Temporarily set the temperature
to a colder setting.
Please refer to the chapter on
the installation location of the
appliance.
Temporarily turn the temperature
knob to a warmer setting.
Re-adjust the legs of the
appliance.
Move the appliance slightly.
If necessary, gently bend the
component so that the space is
free.
