Cause
The speed limit has been exceeded for the
distance between the seeds that has been set
by the user.
The cause of this alarm is a motor overload.
There is too much current going through the
motor (high torque needs high current).
The motor must be protected against overheating.
To avoid a voltage drop in the motor regula-
tion, which could damage the motor, the motor
has been shut down.
The program in the Motor ECU is wrong or
incomplete. There could have been a voltage
drop during the programming.
Supply voltage for the encoder is wrong.
Eventually, the encoder is faulty or the encoder
wires are damaged
LIN Communication between the Main ECU
and the Motor ECU is broken.
Power supply for the LIN communication is too
cannotbe
low or there is no power supply.
(EM01)
The program on the LIN-board is wrong or
incomplete. There could have been a voltage
drop during the programming.
One or several rows have been deactivated by
the user during a previous use.
Activation/deactivation of rows is possible in
the "permanent row shut off" menu.
The current seed population is lower than the
target value.

The implement sensors that have been
configured are faulty.

The calibration of the speed sensor is currently
running.
The radar is currently giving a speed, but for
the chosen action, the machine has to stand
still.
For the chosen action, the machine has to be

The resolution of the terminal is not well
adapted to the management of the planter.
Drive slower
On the concerned row :
Eliminate the blockage on the seed disc.
Check the ease of movement for the belt and
the seed disc.
As soon as voltage drop is over, the motor
will be automatically started again. During the
interruption and even if the user is still driving,
there will be no seeds planted.
If the error occurs several times, then clean
and check the row.
Do a new programming of the Motor ECU
while using the CFG menu, or replace the
Motor ECU.
Check if the small encoder connector is well
connected to the Motor ECU.
Change motor and Motor ECU.
Check the cable.
In the Main ECU, check the 40A fuse on the
LIN-board.
Inject a new program in the LIN-board.
Check if the deactivated rows.
Check the seed sensor.
Check the row.
Restart the system. If the problem is still true,
then change the Motor-ECU.
Check the implement sensors or change them.
Finish the calibration of the speed sensor.
Stop the planter or check/change the radar
sensor.
Lift down the planter and bring it into the
working position.
Lift up the planter and bring it into the transport
position.
Choose implement sensors that are available.
