ISOBUS-Connection faulty,
no supply voltage for the ISOBUS- Main ECU
is
customer
The supply voltage for ISOBUS – Main ECU
is too low, i.e. the voltage applied to the base
module is lower than 10V.
As soon as the supply voltage is ok, the planter
management will start again
customer
The sensor voltage (5V) is too low. It concerns
the implement switch sensors.
There could be a short-circuit on the cable, or too
much current on the line, due to a faulty sensor.
customer
The sensor voltage (12V) is too low. It concerns
the turbofan sensor or the implement switch
sensors.
There could be a short-circuit on the cable, or
too much current on the line, due to a faulty
sensor.
contact
The concerned motor is not turning, because
the corresponding Motor ECU doesn't get the
speed information.
contact
The concerned motor is not turning, because
the corresponding Motor ECU is not properly
connected, the supply voltage is missing, the
Software is not correct or the printed circuit
board (PCB) is faulty.
customer
Complete breakdown of the System.
The
signal
BUS-board and LIN-board in the Main ECU is
interrupted.
The small cable with 8 brown wires between
the two boards is faulty, the LIN-board or the
ISOBUS-board is faulty
contact
The concerned motor is not turning, because
the connection to the motor is interrupted.
The Power supply in the Main ECU is too low
or there is no power supply.
The motor is stopped due to a mechanical
blockage, or the electric signal transmission is
interrupted.
The 4 wires cable in the Motor ECU between
the Motor and the printed circuit board is badly
connected.
The Motor-ECU or the encoder of the motor
are faulty.

To do
Check the correct connection of the ISOBUS-
tractor-cable with the ISOBUS cable of the
implement and with the battery, check fuses on
the ISOBUS-tractor-cable.
Check the correct connection of the ISO-
BUS-tractor-cable with the ISOBUS cable
of the implement and with the battery, check
fuses on the ISOBUS-tractor-cable.
Please refer to the tractor notice for a correct
connection of the ISOBUS-tractor-cable when
installing an ISOBUS retrofit kit
Check the cables for implement switch sensors
or disconnect them.
Check the cables for turbofan sensor or
implement switch sensors. You can also
disconnect them.
On the concerned row :
Check the wires in the Motor ECU. Have a look
to the green wire coming from the Main ECU and
check if this wire is well connected on both sides.
On the concerned row :
Check the connections between the Main ECU
and the Motor ECU.
If the Motor ECU is supplied, a green LED is
flashing (in a corner of the PCB)
Check the small cable with 8 brown wires.
Be careful, this cable must only be connected /
disconnected if power supply is off.
Replace the Main ECU, if needed.
On the concerned row :
Check the contact between the red and black
wires of the motor and the Motor ECU board
Check the ISOBUS cables, check the fuses
near the battery on the tractor ISOBUS cable.
In the Main ECU, check the 40A fuse on the
Base module (board with 42 pin connector).
On the concerned row :
Eliminate the blockage on the seed disc.
Check that the 4 wires cable in the Motor ECU
between the Motor and the printed circuit board
is well connected.
