GENERAL NOTE:
The camera will send photos to the preset phone numbers via MMS only.
The camera will send photos to the preset e-mail addresses via MMS only if the SMTP
parameter is OFF.
The camera will send photos/videos to the preset e-mail addresses via SMTP only if the SMTP is
configured.
Unlimited / 01 – 99
Example: if you select 50, then the camera will only send photos/videos 50 times every day.
Each time, the camera will send to all entered phones/e-mails/FTP accounts. The rest of the
photos/videos taken that day will not be sent but they will be stored in the SD card.
1 time/day / Permanent
1 time/day (suggested for AA battery power): the camera will only be able to change and save
the setups remotely when the camera will send the daily report every day.
Permanent (suggested when using a power adaptor as this option will consume huge battery
power): the camera 4G module is in stand-by all the time; so the camera setups can be changed
and saved whenever you send the remote SMS setup commands.
OFF / ON
If you want to receive a daily report, select ON to enter then set up a time (HH:MM) when you want the
camera to send it to you.
Contents of the daily report: device IMEI number, CSQ (signal strength): 0-31, camera ID, temperature,
date and time, battery left volume, SD card info, total pictures taken by camera, send times.
You can ignore the description below if your SIM card has been already activated.
During the signal search in SETUP mode, the camera will check if the inserted SIM card is
activated.
After the signal search, the message "Pls input PIN-Code" will appear on the LCD screen if your
SIM card is not activated (the message will not appear if your SIM card is already activated).
The "SIM PIN" setting will become configurable in the "4G" page of the menu.
Enter the PIN code of your SIM card in the "SIM PIN" setting. The camera will automatically
power off. When you will restart it, the camera will activate the SIM card automatically during
the signal search.
NOTE:
The message "Pls input PIN-Code" will pop up again if the wrong PIN code is entered.
Please re-try your PIN code if you see the message "Pls input PIN-Code" again after the signal
search.
A SIM card is normally limited to be activated 3 times; it will be locked if the PIN codes entered
are all wrong during these 3 attempts. So we suggest you to double confirm your PIN code
before you try again.
Please insert the SIM card into your phone to unlock it by using its PUK code after 3
unsuccessful activation attempts.
OFF / ON
With GPS ON, the GPS information will be shown on photo stamp (if the "Time Stamp" parameter is
also set to ON).
NOTE: if the GPS signal is weak around the product, the GPS information will not be shown on the
photo stamp until the signal gets stronger.
