7. Installing the IP camera

7.1. Mounting the IP camera on
the stand
Select a location for the
IP camera that is not ex-
posed to direct sunlight
and where the recording
quality cannot be dam-
aged by other reflected
light.
 Select a space near a
mains plug.
 Place the stand on the
installation location
and mark the posi-
tions for the drill holes
with a pen.
 Drill 2 suitable holes
in the marked posi-
tions in order to fix
the screws.
 Insert the wall plugs
into the drill holes.
 Connect the stand and the mounting arm via the
fixing screw. Tighten the screw.
 Attach the IP camera to the mount with the fixing
screw and tighten the fixing screw.
