Basic System Connection

To supply power to the camera, use the CMA-D2 camera
adaptor.
The camera adaptor you can use with your camera varies
with the signal systems and uses.

Note on connections
Be sure to turn off the power supply for all equipment before
making any connections.
Using the CMA-D2 camera adaptor
There are two methods for connecting the camera and the
camera adaptor.
 Using the CCDC cable which only supplies power to the
camera (For connecting method, see page 42.)
 Using the CCMC cable which supplies power to the
camera and transmits video signals to the camera adaptor
(For connecting method, see page 43.)
Note
Be sure to use one camera adaptor for the DXC-390 unit.
Although the CMA-D2 camera adaptor has two CAMERA
connectors (4-pin and 12-pin), the power consumption of
the camera is such that two camera units cannot be
connected at the same time.
