— die für den vorgesehenen Betriebsdruck (Fülldruck)
zugelassen sind.
Sind Ausrüstungsteile des Druckgasbehälters nicht mit
dem Prüfzeichen und dem Prüfdatum des Sachverständi-
gen versehen, so darf der Behälter nur gefüllt werden,
wenn diese Ausrüstungsteile der Bauart nach zugelassen
sind.
Übergangsvorschriften für Druckgasbehälter siehe § 38
der Druckbehälterverordnung.
Größere Flaschen (Durchmesser größer 140 mm, Inhalt
größer 7 L), Flaschen mit Fuß und Flaschenpakete, die
wegen ihres Gewichtes nicht direkt an den jeweiligen Fül-
lanschluss angeschlossen werden können, auf den
Boden legen, gegen Rollen sichern und über einen Füll-
schlauch (Zubehör siehe "7.0 BESTELL-LISTE" auf
Seite 27) verbinden.
4.2 Sauerstoffflaschen 200 bar füllen
— Füllventil schließen. Füllleiste über Entlastungsventil
entlasten und Ventil wieder schließen.
— Dichtstopfen von den Füllanschlüssen 200 bar
abschrauben.
— Zu füllende Sauerstoffflaschen an die Füllanschlüsse
anschrauben. Flaschenventile öffnen.
Die Füllanschlüsse sind Handanschlüsse – kein
Werkzeug benutzen!
Die Vorratsdruckmesser zeigen den Druck der jeweiligen
Vorratsflasche an.
Um den Sauerstoffvorrat möglichst gut auszunutzen und
eine zu große Druckdifferenz beim Pumpen – erhöhter
Arbeitsaufwand der Pumpe – zu vermeiden, besteht der
Umfüllvorgang aus einer Kombination von "Überströmen"
aus den Vorratsflaschen und "Pumpen" aus den Vorrats-
flaschen.
4.2.1 Überströmen
(z. B. Überströmen aus Vorrat 1)
1 Vorratsventil V1 öffnen (siehe Bild 2).
2 Überströmventil VO öffnen.
3 Fülldruckmesser GF zeigt den gleichen Druck an wie
der Vorratsdruckmesser "1" an (z. B. 200 bar)
4 Füllventil VF 200 bar öffnen – Sauerstoff strömt durch
die Füllanschlüsse in die angeschlossenen Sauerstoff-
flaschen.
5 Der Druck am Fülldruckmesser GF und am Vorrats-
druckmesser "1" fällt bis zum Druckausgleich ab (z. B.
auf
180 bar).
6 Nach dem Druckausgleich Überströmventil VO schlie-
ßen.

4.0 OPERATION
If parts of the equipment of the compressed gas cylinder
are not marked with the expert's test symbol and test
date, the container may only be filled if these parts are
covered by type approval.
Provisional regulations on compressed gas containers
are provided in Section 38 of the Compressed Gas Order.
Larger cylinders (diameter exceeding 140 mm, capacity
exceeding 7 litres), cylinders with standing foot and
cylinder packs that cannot be connected directly to the
filler port due to their weight must be laid on their sides on
the floor, secured against rolling and connected by a filler
hose (For accessories, see "7.0 ORDER LIST" on
page 27).
4.2 Filling 200 bar oxygen cylinders
— Close the filling valve. Release pressure from the filler
terminal block by means of the pressure relief valve
and close the valve again.
— Unscrew the sealing plugs from the 200 bar filler ports.
— Screw the oxygen cylinders that you wish to fill to the
filler ports. Open the cylinder valves.
The filler ports are manually operated connections –
do not use a tool.
The supply pressure gauges indicate the pressure of the
relevant supply cylinder.
In order to make the fullest possible use of the oxygen
supply and to avoid an excessive pressure difference
when pumping – i.e. increased pumping workload – the
transfer filling process consists of a combination of
"overflow" from the supply cylinders and "pumping" from
the supply cylinders.
4.2.1 Overflow
(e.g. overflow from supply 1)
1 Open supply valve V1 (see figure 2).
2 Open overflow valve VO.
3 The filling pressure gauge GF indicates the same pres-
sure as supply pressure gauge "1" (e.g. 200 bar).
4 Open filler valve VF 200 bar – oxygen flows through
the filler ports into the connected oxygen cylinders.
5 The pressure at the filler pressure gauge GF and sup-
ply pressure gauge "1" drops until the pressure is
equalised (e.g. 180 bar).
6 After pressure equalisation, close the overflow valve
VO.
