Changing the floor tool blades

ALWAYS ENSURE THAT THE MACHINE IS SWITCHED OFF PRIOR TO ANY MAINTENANCE.
Lower the floor tool then unscrew the retaining knobs and slide it off the holding bracket.
Rinse the floor tool assembly with clean water and refit.
Remove floor tool.
Turn the floor tool over.
Periodically the floor tool blades should be examined and checked for wear and damage.
Replacement is a reversal of the removal process.

1. Front blade (slotted)
2. Blade carrier
3. Rear blade
4. Floor tool main body
5. Retaining pins x 4

Remove four retaining pins.
Separate the blade carrier from the main body.

NOTE: THE BLADES ARE DESIGNED TO BE REVERSIBLE,
THUS EXTENDING THEIR USEFUL WORKING LIFE.
Peel away blades.
