Chapter 5. USE AND OPERATION

5.1 OPERATION DESCRIPTION

The machine has been designed to wrap up magazines, mail or paper files.
A polyethylene film reel set on an engine driven device electrically operated is used for wrapping.
The film is driven into and adjustable collar that folds it into envelope shape.
It is heat sealed both on the short side (transversally, over and under the product) and on the long side (longitudinally)
using two welding bars.
The packaged product is automatically evacuated from the machine that drops it in a container. The operator will
manually pick up the product.
An optional belt conveyor for packaging displacement can be assembled instead of the container.
The operator in charge must be authorized to carry out all operating procedures and he must be able to notify the
personnel in charge (maintenance operator or external servicing) of any failure or anomaly.
CAUTION!
Any other USE of the machine, of the product used, that is not described in this manual, even if not
clearly understandable, is to be considered ILLEGITIMATE USE (not accepted)
