CONTENT OF DELIVERY:

USAGE PURPOSE
- The food display showcase is exclusively designed to maintain meals hot.
- Do not use the showcase to:
• warm up liquids containing sugar, sweeteners, acids, bases or alcohols.
• warm or warm up flammable, noxious, particularly volatile, or any other toxic
substances.
Any damage resulting from a non-conform use of the device is payable by the user.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Assembly
The device is composed of:
1) An ON/OFF switch
2) A thermostat to regulate the temperature at the level wished.
3) Two control lights (green for the power supply and orange for the heating)
4) A digital display of the temperature measured by the sensor in the cabin itself
5) A heating element in the lower part of the device, which is controlled by the
thermostat. The electric connection of both elements goes through the square
tube at the corners of the device.

FUNCTIONING
The temperature measurement in the cabin is made at regular intervals. This informati-
on is transmitted to the thermostat as a current value, and gets compared to the value
set by the user.
- If the current value is inferior to the set vlaue, the thermostat makes the device
heat.
- If the current value is superior or equal to the set value, the thermostat stops
the heating.
Regardless of this cycle, the digital display shows the ambiant temperature in the cabin,
so that the user can compare it to the set value and adjust it more precisely in an easy
way.
