Check of door balance
Make sure, the door is free-mov-
ing and well balanced.
Lift the door halfway up and
release it. If balanced, the
door stays in this position only
by force of its springs. Call a
trained door systems technician,
if the door is out of balance or if
it binds.
Check of door gap
Make sure, the gap between
the closed door and the fl oor is
less than 6 mm. Otherwise the
reversal system may not work
properly.
Rail assembly
Join the three sections of the
rail with the connectors. Make
sure that the belt is not distort-
ed. Fix each joint with four nuts
and cup square bolts M8x20.
CAUTION
To prevent injury from pinch-
ing, keep hands away from
the joints while assembling
the rail.
