is switched on the green indicator light will come on. Select the frying temperature by turning the knob
clockwise, the red indicator light will come on. Make sure the Cover is not on the Container.
When the red indicator light turns off, the oil is ready for frying of food to begin.
Take care when lowering the Basket/food in to the oil, sudden movements could cause oil to splash.
When the food is cooked, rest the basket on the edge of the Container using the wire clip on the Basket to
secure it. Allow the excess oil to drain off the food.
Turn the thermostat to zero and switch the power off, the green light will go out, allow the oil to cool
before placing the Cover on the container

Before cleaning, ensure that the fryer is unplugged and the oil is at room temperature.
If you have to move the fryer, lift it from its sides, never by the basket or heating unit.
Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the stainless steel surfaces
when cleaning. Make sure all parts are thoroughly dried before re-assembling.
Do not submerge the heating unit in water, clean with a damp cloth, making sure to dry it thoroughly after
