11.2 Cleaning or replacement of the primary
fi lter
When the vacuum has been used on
materials that are a hazard to the
operator's health, maintenance staff must wear
masks, gauntlets and protective clothing when
replacing the primary filter. Work outdoor if
possible. The old fi lter must be disposed of in a
special plastic bag.
- Lower main tank manually using the
apposite crank in order to remove it easily
and to operate smoothly
- Whenever the pivot is present, take it
away.
- If the primary fi lter is damaged, you need to
change it
Use only genuine spare parts: using
non genuine cartridge fi lters may cause
seal errors and reduce the machine's suction
capacity
To change the fi lter unscrew the nuts that hold
the pivot, the conveyor, and the fi lter. When you
fi x them again, make sure that the fi lter's upper
sealing gasket correctly matches with the profi le
on the lower face of the head engine.
