1. CERTIFICATION

In application of the directive and according to the requirements of EU regulation
no. 814/2013 of 02 August 2013, the technical parameters of storage tanks with a volume
less than or equal to 2,000 litres are available in appendix B (see page 73).

2. DESCRIPTION OF STORAGE TANKS

In this manual, we will use the term "storage tank" to refer to tanks in the CORHYDRO range.
The storage tank is designed for installations for producing domestic hot water. The
installation may be solar, thermodynamic or a boiler.
The storage tanks have a Sécur'Email interior coating and exterior protection consisting of
a coat of paint.
The storage tanks' thermal insulation consists of:
- for the M0 version, a rigid grey sheet-metal casing over 100 mm of glass wool,
- for the M1 version, a flexible insulating casing consisting of 100 mm of glass wool covered
with a flexible PVC envelope (non-flammable),
- for the TOP NC version (not classified), a flexible insulating casing consisting of 100 mm
of foam covered with a flexible PVC envelope.
Maximum water temperature in use: 95°C
Service pressure: 8 bar
Electric immersion heating elements can be added to the CORHYDRO (see section 6:
electric elements).
Electric immersion and/or steatite heating elements can be added to the CORFLEX
(see section 6: electric elements).
Further information about the CORFLEX range
The CORFLEX range is a variant on the CORHYDRO range. The installation and maintenance
specifications are identical.
This range allows you to specify your own "à la carte" storage tank:
Choice of service pressure: 8 or 10 bar.
Choice of openings: 1, 2 or 3 flanges and/or manhole.
Choice of electrical booster elements. (The power ratings and types of booster elements
are described in section 6: electrical elements.)
Choice of the orientation of the hydraulic connections: Rear, Standard or Front.
Choice of insulation: M0, M1 or TOP NC.
Choice of a 10-year warranty extension.
