Installation
Flush pipes thoroughly before and after
installation (refer to EN 806)!
Refer to the dimensional drawings on fold-out
page I and fold-out page II, Fig. [1].
Fitting and connection
• Seal the fitting and attach, see Fig. [2].
• Cut flush pipe (A) 10mm below the fitting,
see Fig. [3].
• Push outlet socket (C) with seals (B) onto flush
pipe (A), see Fig. [4].
• Connect flush pipe (A) with cap (D) to fitting.
Open water supply and check connections for
watertightness!
Isolating valve
• Remove cap (E) and open isolating valve (F),
see Fig. [5].
Changing the flow volume
The factory-set flow volume is approx. 9 litres at
a flow pressure of 3 bar.
• Unscrew actuating cap (G), see Fig. [5].
• Change the flow volume by turning adjusting
screw (H).

Changing the flush flow
The restrictor is factory set to approx. 1.3 l/s
at 3 bar flow pressure.
• Change the flush flow by turning the
restrictor (I) with enclosed restrictor tool (J),
see Fig. [6].
max. 10 bar
Operation, see Fig. [6].
16 bar
The pre-set flow volume is released by pressing
down actuating cap (G) for 1 second. Following
release of this flow volume, the valve stops the
1.0 - 1.3 l/s
water flow automatically and without kickback.
max. 40 °C
Maintenance
Inspect and clean all components and replace if
necessary.
Function parts must not be greased!
Shut off water supply or close isolating
valve (F)!
Piston
1. Unscrew actuating cap (G), see Fig. [7].
2. Unscrew actuating unit (K).
3. Remove piston (M) with spring (L).
Install in reverse order.
When reinserting, expand and moisten leather
seal (M1) and clean groove (M2), see Fig. [8].
Replacement parts, see fold-out page I
(* = special accessories).
Care
For directions on care, refer to the accompanying
Care Instructions.
Remedy
- Open isolating valve (F), see Fig. [5]
- Clean piston (M), see Maintenance
- Replace actuation unit (K), see
Maintenance
- Expand or replace leather seal (M1),
