25. The appliance is fitted with overheating protection. If the temperature in the
temperature controller exceeds 190 °C, the overheating protection activates
and the heating element switches off immediately. If this happens, bring the
temperature controller to SOLIS or a SOLIS approved service centre where it
can be changed.
26. Always ensure the SOLIS grill is properly assembled before use. Refer to assem-
bly and operation instructions.
27. Before moving, dissasembling or cleaning the appliance, wait until it has com-
pletely cooled down. Remove the temperature controller from the appliance
and unplug it from the mains socket. This also applies when the appliance is
not in use.
28. The appliance becomes very hot during use - only touch it with heat-insulated
oven gloves and the insulated handles.
29. Particular care must be taken if children, elderly persons or animals are in the
vicinity of the electric grill.
30. Only cover the grill with the grill cover and keep flammable materials, such as
textiles, away from the grill and the grill cover.
31. During grilling, the fat which sprays out from the food is very hot!
32. The grill remains hot for about one hour after use. Do not touch the grill or place
anything on top of it, while it cools.
33. Keep the appliance clean. Please observe the instructions in the "Care and
cleaning" section of this manual.
