Remove appropriate knockout. Position fixture over
J-Box and mark location of mounting holes. See
mounting hole chart on page 3 for further detail.

Mount fixture to surface using appropriate ¼" hardware
(not supplied.) (4) bolts are required. DO NOT MOUNT
DIRECTLY TO J-BOX.

Connect lead and ground wires in accordance with
National Electric Code and applicable local codes and
ordinances.

When surface conduit is used, punch out appropriate
knockout from end cap.

Reconnect QD parts. Reinstall reflector and lens.
See Steps 8a for FVSP . For FVSM, skip to step 8b.
