Gas connections
Only use a regulator authorised by the country authorities.
Use an appropriate regulator that complies with standard EN16129.
NOTE: You may find for sale regulator which do not provide recognised pressure (table below)
For the following countries: (BE, CH, ES, FR, GR, IT, LU, MT, PT, GB, PL, RO)
The barbecue is delivered with the tail piece (505) and the washer (506).
Connect the gas line as per standard XP D36-110 (FR) on clamping devices or other standards in the destination countries on valve taps.
Beforehand you should moisten the tail piece with a little soapy water and check that the expiry date of the gas supply tube has not passed.
The length of the tube must be suitable for your needs, never exceeding 1.5 regulation metres.
At a shop you can find screw-on connecting pipes compliant with standard NF D36-125 or XP D36-112. In this case, unscrew the tap (505) that is mounted on
the valve inlet. The thread is a standardised G ½ thread – screw the connection pipe onto your tap inlet, ensuring that the sealing washer has been attached to
the connecting pipe. In this case, you should carry out the sealing test described.
For the following countries: (CZ, CY, DK, EE, FI, HU, IS, LT, LV, MT, NO, NL, SE, SI, SK, TR).
The barbecue is delivered without the tail piece (505) or the washer (506).
Check that the expiry date of the gas supply tube has not passed. The length of the tube must be suitable for your needs, never exceeding
1.5 regulation metres. Screw the gas connection pipe, provided with a G ½ nut, ensuring that there is a sealant washer on the threaded
outlet (501). Any modification to the equipment could be dangerous. Do not modify the appliance. The parts protected by the manufacturer
or his agent must not be handled by the user. ATTENTION: Never use the barbecue without the regulator.
When using the barbecue, move the 13kg (600mm x 505mm) gas bottle as far away as possible from the heat source, placing it to the side of
the barbecue. Use 6 kg gas tanks with a maximum height including the regulator of 420mm and a maximum diameter including the regulator
of 310 mm. In case of smell of gas, close the gas container tap and test the airtightness.

Sealing test
Operate outside, away from any flammable materials, do not smoke
Ensure that all adjustment buttons are closed at
If you use a flexible tube, fit it onto both the regulator and barbecue end pieces.
If you use a screwed connector tube, fasten it onto the regulator and directly onto the part (501)
Check that the flexible tube is not twisted
Screw the relief valve to the gas canister.
For control, use water and washing up liquid.
Put this liquid around each place where the tube is connected and open the tap on the gas bottle
If bubbles appear then there is a gas leak:
If you use a flexible tube:
Check that both the regulator seal and the seal (506) are present and in good condition.
Ensure that you have properly tightened the regulator onto the bottle and the end piece on the part (501).
Check that you have properly fitted the tube onto the regulator and onto the end piece (505).
If you use a screwed connector tube:
Check that both the regulator seal and the seal of your screwed connector tube are present and in good condition.
