Rinsing the pan with frying oil/frying fat using the pump

It is only necessary to rinse the pan when the cooking oil/fat will be used again. This will rinse
and filter the last remaining frying remnants from the pan.

. For draining frying oil/frying fat into container
and filtering, see page 35 chapter 3.2.1.
CAUTION!When raising the heating ele­
ment there is a danger of burns from the hot
element or other hot surfaces!
. Remove frying basket.
. Hook handle onto the heating element and
raise the heating element.
. Remove the crumb sieve and empty it.
Rinsing the pan
. Insert the drain hose between filling tube
and cap.
. Hold the filling tube on the handle and into
the pan.
. Switch on pump.
D The indicator light in the switch comes on
and the pump starts.
. Rinse the pan with frying oil/frying fat using
the filling tube.
. Switch the pump off.
D The indicator light goes off.
. Close the drain tap.
. Insert the crumb sieve.
. Swivel heating element in.
