7. Do not use the appliance for reasons other than the intended use. The use of attachments that
are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause an unsafe product.
8. Do not install or store the appliance where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures
below freezing.
9. Make sure any component mounted on a tank is securely installed before operating it.
10. If an extension cable is used it should have the proper rating. Care should be taken to arrange
the cord so that it will not be tripped or pulled.
11. Ensure that your hands are dry when turning the power on/off and when inserting/removing
the power cable from the socket.
12. If you are in any doubt about the electrical installation or safety of this product you must
consult a qualified electrician.
- All products are supplied with suitable plugs. These plugs should not be tampered with in any
way or removed. Removal or tampering with the plug invalidates our warranty offered with this
product.
- Due to the variety of materials used in the manufacture of this equipment (e.g. lubricants), we
cannot ensure that the filter base will not leave irreversible stains on furniture or wood floors
caused by chemical reactions during operation. This way, we recommend that you always protect
the surface where the filter will be installed (e.g. place a cloth, towel or protective films).

FILTER INSTALLATION

Read and follow all the instructions even if you feel familiar with the product and find a place
to keep the instructions handy for future reference. Take attention particularly to the sections
concerning "Important Safety Information" and the "Warranty Conditions".
Carefully unpack the filter making sure you keep all the packing material, checking if the product is

complete. Keep all the material of the packaging until the filter is completely assembled.
This product is shipped to you in a sealed carton. Should the product malfunction in any way

or if the unit is damaged and requires replacement, contact the retailer where the product was
purchased for inspection.

SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open the filter by releasing the 4 clips located

on the corners of the filter then lift the head
unit of the filter canister.
2. Remove the filter recharges from the filter

canister. Remove all filter media from the plastic
bags and wring them under warm running

3. Place them back inside the filter aligned
with the plastic ring on the bottom of the filter.

Make sure that the recharges are docked into
each other inside the filter.

4. Before installing the pumping head, connect it to the power supply. You should be able to see

the impeller spin. After checking, unplug the power filter.
5. Align the water inlet of the pumping head with the water inlet of the recharges.
6. Press the head gently until it snaps into the recharges and consecutively into the filter canister.

7. Latch and secure the clips. The filter unit is now ready to be installed.
