3.3 MAINTENANCE
3.3.1 Periodic checks
In order for the unit to operate correctly, an authorized
technician must perform an annual inspection, checking
that:
• The control and safety devices (gas valve, flow switch,
etc.) operate correctly.
• The exhaust vent is perfectly efficient.
• The air and flue gas ducts and terminal are free of ob-
stacles and leaks.
• The burner and exchanger are free of dirt and deposits.
Do not use chemicals or steel brushes to clean them.
• The electrode is free of deposits and properly positio-
ned.

3.4 FAULTS
The heater is equipped with an advanced self-diagnostic
system. If a problem arises with the unit, the fault symbol
will flash on the screen and the respective code will be
displayed.
Some faults, identified with the letter "A," will block unit
operation.
To restore operation, simply press the RESET key (4 -
fig. 1) for 1 second. If the heater does not reset, the fault
must be resolved.
Faults identified by the letter "F" cause temporary blocks
that are automatically resolved when the value returns to
the heater's normal operating range.
