Put the device on a stable, dry and flat surface,
taking care to keep a minimum space of 0,6 m space
around the device.

It is not recommended to use the device without
prior consultation with a doctor by:
persons with contraindications from the doctor or
feeling ill,
persons with serious illnesses,
people suffering from diseases such as hypertension,
heart disease, atherosclerosis and cerebral vein
thrombosis,
people suffering from osteoporosis,
people with a pacemaker or other implanted medical
device.

Do not use the device one hour before or one hour
after a meal as undesirable effects may occur.

Keep the device away from moisture and dust.

Only one person at a time can use the device.

Stop exercising when you feel tired or exhausted.

Do not use the equipment for therapeutic purposes.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
A cross trainer is a stationary training device that provides
smooth elliptical movements of the lower and upper body
parts.
The product is intended for home use only!
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

COUNTER
Press the red button to switch between modes.
Press and hold the red button for 4 seconds to reset
all data.
Function description:
REPS / MIN – Displays repetitions per minute.
SCAN – Goes through each mode and displays
values for 4 seconds.
TIME – Displays the time of the current training
session.
COUNT – Displays the total number of repetitions.
CAL – Displays the number of calories burned.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE

Before proceeding with the assembly, check all
elements. Raise the main frame(A) and fix it with the
screws(S2). Screw on the front base(C).

Screw the mounting nut(S4) into the frame, then use
the wrench(S1) and the mounting kit(S3) to screw
the rear base(D) to the main frame(A).

Using the mounting kit(S6), screw the pedals to the
main frame(A). Tighten using a wrench(S1).

Use the nuts to fasten the cushion to the bracket(G),
then the whole thing to the main frame(A). The
height of the cushion and its distance from the user
are regulated by the nut(S7).

Attach both handles(F) to the main frame(1) with
bolts and nuts(S9 and S10).

Insert 2 batteries into the counter(B), connect the
wire ends and then place the counter in the main
frame(A).

MOVING THE DEVICE

Before moving the device, insert a metal rod into the holes
in the frame. Then hold the handles and move the device
as shown on the picture below.
