CAUTION: Overload!
If the thermostat is not

lead to abnormal heating,
of which the consequence
may be damage or acci-

You should therefore
ensure that the thermostat
is inserted correctly.

NOTE:
• The appliance has reached the correct
temperature when the pilot lamp (6) on the
thermostat goes out.
• During operation, the pilot lamp (6) switches
on and off. This is normal and indicates that
the temperature is being thermostatically cont-
rolled and maintained.
Fat collecting tray
Excess fat collects in the drip tray.
• Slide the drip tray (3) into the bracket under the
griddle (4).
• When grilling you should check the contents

• Set the temperature control (7) to the desired
value.
• The cooking time depends on the type of food,
the quantity, and how well cooked the food
needs to be and it must be determined accord-
ing to your own preferences.
• The griddle (4) has an area covered with
grooves for easier draining of fat what makes
healthy low-fat grilling possible and a flat area
that can be used for grilling vegetables.
• When turning the food that is being cooked,
please use wooden or Teflon utensils so as not
to damage the ceramic surface.
• When the cooking process is complete, you
can switch the temperature control (7) to a low
level to keep the food warm.
• To switch the appliance off, first turn the tem-
perature control (7) to "OFF" (off) and remove
the thermostat from the socket (5).
• Do not remove the thermostat from the appli-
ance until the appliance has cooled down, as
the temperature sensor (8) is still very hot after
