b) Tips for the use
If you are not satisfied with the result of your preparation, the following tips might help:
1. To achieve the best results when pureeing solid ingredients, place small portions
into the glass jar one by one instead of placing a large quantity all at once.
2. If you are processing solid ingredients, cut them into small pieces (2-3cm) first.
3. When mixing solid ingredients start off first with a small amount of liquid. Gradually
add more and more liquid through the opening in the lid.
4. Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating the
appliance.
5. For stirring solid or very thick ingredients we recommend that you use the blender
in impulse mode to prevent the blades from becoming stuck.

4) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Pre-cleaning : fill one third of the bowl with water, put the lid and then put the bowl on
the motor base. Operate the liquidizer a few seconds.

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

Wash the glass bowl and the blades with soapy water. Then, rinse with clean
water and dry thoroughly.
Note: You can also wash theses two parts in dishwasher.

Wipe the main body with a damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly. Never immerse
this part in water or any other liquid.

Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean your mincer.
