Remove the oil cap deposit
by pulling it out, using a cloth
if necessary.
Extract the oil of the deposit.
Fill the deposit with oil.
Place again the oil cap
deposit by pressing in.
Lift the chassis again, align
the tip of the tube with the
hole in the chassis and allow
it to lower slowly.
NOTE! You must perform this
step together with another
operator, who must hold the
lever down while you put
back the chassis on the floor.
Tighten the screw with
the key to fix the tank and
chassis in its original position.

Adjusting the valve
Do not adjust the up/down lever control using the lock nut at the
end of the handle chain.
If nylon locking threads are removed from the screw threads,
rolling vibration will cause the nut to unscrew and fall off, leaving
the up/down lever unusable.
To make adjustments, use the lock nut located on the side of
the pump:
This feature was designed to ease the pallet truck adjustment.
Tools required are:
