For brand-new products the warranty period from your deal-
er is 24 months.
All our components (including glass components) have been
tested by neutral testing institutes as part of a factory inter-
nal quality check, within the framework of complex quality
and approval tests, for their design in accordance with stand-
ard operating conditions. Should defects nevertheless occur,
please contact your dealer immediately, stating the date of
purchase and showing your receipt. Without the serial num-
ber, we regret that we are unable to process complaints cor-
rectly.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
• Damage due to normal wear and tear as this is not a prod-
uct defect
• Damage due to mechanical, chemical or thermal overload-
ing
• Electrical overvoltage
• Damage caused by incorrect interventions made to the
appliance
• Damage due to incorrect operation or incorrect installa-
tion, handling, use, cleaning, maintenance or operation.
With correct operation, usage and good care, you will in-
crease the value stability and service life of your product, con-
serve valuable resources, protect our environment and save
yourself money.
