MAINTENANCE


Before carrying out any maintenance operation, disconnect the device from the power supply.
1 Frequently check the installation in order to discover
any imbalance or signs of deterioration or wear. Do
not use the device if any repair or adjustment is
necessary.

FAILURE DIAGNOSIS

Fuses and diagnosis LEDs
SW1 General power supply switch
F1 General fuse (2A)
F2 Peripheral fuse (315mA)
Problem
The control panel does not work
and no indicator LED comes on
2 Check that the transmitters and photocells, as well
as their installation, have not suffered any damage
from the weather or external agents.
DL1 Door stopped during opening
DL2 RUN/OK
DL3 Operation programming
DL4 M1 torque limit reached
DL5 M2 torque limit reached
DL6 M1 encoder signal
DL7 M2 encoder signal

Motors operating: DL6 and DL7 come on
intermittently, since the encoder sends the signal
in the form of pulses.

Motors stopped: DL6 and DL7 may be on or off,
indistinctly, depending on the position of the
encoder (high pulse or low pulse).
DL8 Pedestrian opening control signal
DL9 Interior safety device (photocell) correct
DL10 Full opening control signal
DL11 Exterior safety device (photocell) correct
DL12 Receiving remote-control signal
DL13 Battery charging
DL14 Closing M1
DL15 Opening M1
DL16 Closing M2
DL17 Opening M2
DL18 Power supply voltage 12Vac (mains)
DL19 Power supply voltage 12Vdc (battery)
DL20 Electrolock relay activated
Cause
General switch SW1 in "OFF"
Absence of control panel power

General fuse F1 blown

Solution
Place SW1 in "ON"
Re-establish the power supply
voltage
Replace F1 using another fuse of
the same value and investigate the
cause of failure of F1
C h e c k t h e v o l t a g e s i n t h e
transformer cables and replace as
appropriate (black cables: 220Vac,
red cables: 24Vac, grey cables:
12Vac)
