Commissioning

. Before commissioning for the first time, clean with a cleaning agent that cuts through
grease.
. Rub cleaned parts and surfaces dry with a soft cloth.

Application and information

Applications
Grilling without adding fat directly onto the cooking grate: for example, all-natural steaks, chops,
kidneys, pork, veal, beef, pork medallions, belly pork, liver, fish or potatoes.
Baking in foil: for example, fish or potatoes.
Notes
Remove excess moisture from the food to be grilled
Only use turners that do not cause any scratches.
Please observe the smoke point and point at which oil or fat catches fire!
Brush the cooking grate with a stainless steel brush between frying sessions and brush with
heat-resistant cooking oil or fat.
