- the pedal nuts are too loose
- the bracket nuts are too
loose
- the chain rubs on the
derailleurs
- derailleur gears are dirty /
blocked
- the free wheel is blocked
- the brake shoe is worn out
- the brake / wheel block is
wet or dirty with grease or
other
- the brake cables are
blocked / damaged / ruined
- the brake levers are
blocked
- the brakes were badly fitted
- tighten the pedals
- tighten the nuts
- adjust the derailleur
- clean and lubricate the
gears
- replace the free wheel
- replace the brake shoe
- clean the brake block and
the rims
- clean / adjust / replace
cables
- adjust the brake levers well
- adjust the brakes
