READ THE MANUAL
It is important to deeply know the functioning of the pedal-assisted bicycle. This manual
will provide you the guidelines to understand the bike and its functioning, in order to ob-
tain the best performance. We recommend you first use this bike in a manned area with-
out cars, obstacles or other bikers.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
Proper bicycle maintenance is essential to avoid any type of injury due to the bicycle
itself. This manual contains some points on which to pay more attention in order to
direct the user of the vehicle towards a correct maintenance.
WARNING – If the bicycle is not regularly maintained by qualified personnel, the risk of
falls or dangerous injuries is higher.
WARNING – The ebike is not a toy. It is forbidden the use of it by people under 14 years.
WARNING – These bicycles are not suitable for a professional use.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR PARENTS
As a parent or guardian of a minor owner of the pedal-assisted bicycle, it will be your re-
sponsibility the use the minor will do with the vehicle and
its own safety. These responsibilities include ensuring that the minors's bicycle is suitable
for his/her own safety; that it is correctly assembled and subjected to adequate and con-
stant maintenance; that you and the minor have learned, understood and followed local
traffic regulations, bicycles and motor vehicles as well as the rules of common sense to
ride safely and responsibly. As a parent or guardian, it is important to read this manual
before allowing the minor to ride the bicycle. Always make sure that the minor wears an
approved helmet when riding an electrically assisted bicycle.
RIDING POSITION
Seat position
When you sit on the seat and tread on the pedal flatly by heels, which is at the lowest
position, your legs should be slightly stretch: it is the most appropriate height; if the rider
can tread on the pedal only by toes or legs cannot stretch slightly, fatigue and sports inju-
ry will be caused, so there is a careful need for adjustment of the height of the Seat post.
The Seat post has a MAX marked line (the safety line), which cannot be higher than the
seat connector. In case of improper use, serious injury may be caused to the rider.
Seat angle: in order to avoid leaning forward when riding, it is appropriate for the front
end of the seat to lean upward; the front and rear position can be appropriately adjusted
based on individual height and the seat bar is generally in the middle.
Minimum height of the seat: move the quick release handle to the OPEN position, then
put the seat post to the lowest place, and when the seat post cannot further enter into the
frame seat tube you have reached the minimum height of the seat;
Maximum height of the seat: move the quick release handle to the OPEN position, then
lift the seat post to the top - remember not to expose the safety – to reach the maximum
height of the seat.
Measurement method: place the bike perpendicular to the ground, the distance from the
