Use FITvigo app

The data ascertained by the scales are transmitted to the FITvigo app, as long as you
have connected it to the scales (see "Connect Device with the App").
In this regard, pay attention to the following symbols:
Symbol Meaning
Existing Bluetooth connection
Data is being transmitted
‚ Data transmission successful: the symbol disappears.
‚ Data transmission unsuccessful: the symbol continues to be
displayed. The pending measurement data is temporarily stored in
the scales and, after conclusion of the next measurement, transferred
to your smartphone.
Abide by the following points in order to prevent possible transmission problems:
‚ The distance between the scales and your smartphone should be between 1 m
and 10 m.
‚ There should be no obstructions between the scales and the smartphone.
‚ Other electronic devices (in particular those that are Bluetooth enabled) should be
at least 1 m from the scales.
‚ Ensure that the Bluetooth function on your smartphone is switched on.
In the app your calculated BMI (body mass index) is also displayed alongside your body
weight.

Cleaning

NOTE on material damage
− Do not immerse the scales in water or other liquids.
− Do not under any circumstances use harsh, scraping, or abrasive
cleaning agents or the like to clean the scales. If you do, the surface
could be scratched.
− Wipe down the scales as needed using a lightly dampened, soft cloth.
− Disinfect the weighing surface and the sensors from time to time using a suitable
disinfecting agent (available at specialist retailers and pharmacies).
