Connection
CONNECTION
Connect the amplifier inputs to the different sources. Use good quality audio
leads. Respect the Left and Right channels. Connect the output to a suitable ste-
reo power amplifier or two mono amplifiers (e.g. our 4020, 4040, or 2x 8010) .
Connect the power-cord to the mains connector. Check for correct mains volt-
age. Normally the standby/mute LED at the front will be lit (*1).
1. Auxiliary input. Connect any line level (*2) unit to this input.
2. CD input. Connect you CD player or other line level (*2) unit to this input.
3. Tuner input. Use this input to connect your tuner, or other normal line
level (*2) unit.

(*1) At first time power up, or after a mains voltage failure, the +6dB LED will lit
together with the standby/mute LED.
(*2) Line level is a source with voltages between 150mV and 2V.

4. Audio/Video audio input. Use this input to connect your audio
signal coming from a VCR, DVD, MD, CDR player/recorder...
5. Monitor output, can be used to connect to the audio
record input of your tape, VCR, MD, CDR... recorder.
