Use
Never cover up the blower or intake. Make
sure that the intake is free from lint and hair.
The hot air styling brush will switch off auto-
matically if it overheats due to the air inlet
being covered. It will switch back on auto-
matically after a few minutes.
Attach the volume attachment or round
brush, taking care to align the ▼ marks.
To detach, press the release
button 2.
Waving hair (Image sequence A)
Wrap a thin, dampened strand of hair
around the tip, curling the hair inwards or
outwards.
Set switch 1 to setting 1 (gen-
tle / warm), or 2 (strong / hot)
and dry hair section with the
warm air.

● Attach the volume attachment and slide
the switch 1 to the desired setting.
● Position the volume attachment on the
dampened hair a few cm from the hair-
line and push towards the roots. Allow to
dry for a few seconds. Repeat across the
whole head of hair.
Tip: Only dampen the hair slightly. Allow
hair to cool off before combing – your hair
style will hold its shape longer. Use setting
lotion if required.

Allow the appliance to cool and unplug it
before storage.

Always allow the appliance to cool down
completely before storing or cleaning.

Never place the appliance into water.
Do not use a steam cleaner.
● Wipe off the appliance with a damp cloth.
Do not use strong or abrasive cleansers.
● Regularly clean the Air inlet grill 5 with a
soft brush.
● Remove and clean the round brush. Only
use it again when it is completely dry.
